• The first step in creating a chart is to select the data
• While holding down the control key (Ctrl) drag the mouse across the cell ranges A7:A10 and then E7:F10
• Using the control Key lets you to select non-ajoining cell ranges
• Click on add chart and create a chart like the one shown.
