- The first step in creating a chart is to select the data
- While holding down the control key (Ctrl) drag the mouse across the cell ranges A7:A10 and then E7:F10
- Using the control Key lets you to select non-ajoining cell ranges
- Click on add chart and create a chart like the one shown.

2. In which categories were the lowest number of male and female deaths?
3. In which categories were the male rate of deaths per hundred greatest and least?
4. From the data, which categories had least access to the lifeboats? Give a brief reason why.
